General Terms and Conditions for The Trinity Private Practice and MyGP&Me Websites
1 Introduction
1.1 The Trinity Private Practice owns the website of The Trinity Private Practice and MyGP&Me. The content, data and services are delivered by The Trinity Private Practice. You may access and use this website if you agree to be legally bound by the terms set out herein. If you do not agree to be legally bound by these terms please do not access and/or use our website or services.
2 Changes to terms

(e) You may not directly or indirectly suggest any endorsement or approval by The Trinity Private Practice of your site or any other entity, product or content or any views expressed within your site or service.
(f) The Trinity Private Practice has absolute editorial control over all The Trinity Private Practice videos, tools and services.
(g) You should refresh cached content every 24 hours to ensure you have the most up-to-date version.
(h) The Trinity Private Practice reserves the right to alter, adapt, edit, modify or restrict the availability of videos, interactive tools or services for use on third-party sites.

6.4 We do not accept any liability to you if we fail, or are interrupted or delayed in the performance of any obligation because of:

(b) any other event not reasonably within our control.

7 Remedial Action
7.1 To the extent that we are practically able to do so, we may terminate your access to any part of The Trinity Private Practice or MyGP&Me at any time without notice if you breach any of the terms.
